Here is an easy to follow, step-by-step guide to buying from our online shop. This guide describes what happens after you click the "BUY" button.

1. My order

After choosing your items, click the "BUY" button. Your "shopping basket" page now appears, showing all your items and how much to pay. To continue shopping, click the link.

Check the value of your order in your own currency by using the drop-down menu. (This is a general guide; not an accurate calculation of daily exchange rates.) You are charged in pounds sterling.

On this page you can also change the amount of each item you order. To add one more of any item, click "+". To remove any item, click "-".

Before clicking "Proceed to checkout", select a delivery region using the drop-down menu. This calculates the delivery charge and adds it to the total cost of your order. Now proceed to checkout.

2. Checkout:

Here you provide your name, address (this must be the same address that your credit card statement is sent to), email address and delivery address (if different from your address).

When you are happy with the information you have provided, click "Submit order details".

3. Confirm order:

Before proceeding to the secure server you can check all the details you have provided as well as the full details and cost of your order.

If you are happy with your order, click "Confirm order details". Now the terms and conditions of sale appear. If you agree with them, click "I agree". If you do not agree, click "Cancel" and your transaction will not proceed.

If you do not wish to continue with your order at this time, click "Cancel". You will return to the shop and can continue shopping.

4. Secure form:

The WorldPay secure form opens in a separate window. A bar at the bottom of the page shows a closed padlock, which means that you are now in a secure area. WorldPay hosts this page and provides online payment processing to process your order more quickly.

On this page you are asked to supply your credit card details. Check that the information is correct, and then click "Confirm order details".

5. Receipt:

Finally, you are sent to a receipt page, which contains all your order details, including your name, address and, if appropriate, the delivery address. It also has a unique order number. If you have any questions about your order, please quote this number when contacting us. Print this page and keep a copy for your records.

WorldPay provides you with a user name and password. Please make a note of them as they provide access to your contact details for future transactions.

When you print the page, click "End WorldPay session".
