Can I get my order before Christmas?

The final day for posting to ensure a pre Christmas delivery will be Tuesday 19th December. We will continue to ship orders through till the 23rd though they will not be guaranteed to arrive pre Christmas. Any orders received after the 22nd December will not be despatched until 2nd/3rd January 2018.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Hopeful there will be no problem with your order but should any arise you can contact us at the gift shop by calling 01340 822069 between 10:30am - 5pm or by emailing us at glenfiddich.giftshop@wgrant.com

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once we ship your order you will receive an email from us containing your DHL tracking code.

My order is a gift, can you leave the invoice out of the box?

Yes, simply request this in the notes section on the checkout and we will try to ensure that this happens.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from all major UK credit cards.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Please be aware that we are only able to ship to UK addresses, only continue if you can provide a UK delivery address. Sorry for any inconvenience.
